Green mobility for events inside MIND area from Milan and surroundings.
Description

BusForFun aspire to launch its project, Flexymob, with the aim of responding to the new and changed community mobility needs, developing an innovative platform of sustainable mobility that aggregates multiple services.

Starting from the analysis of the needs of MIND community, BusForFun will be able to build a tailor-made mobility proposal.

In the project we intend to develop, the solutions are fully customizable and made available through a single digital platform that allows you to book, buy, and rent mobility services, ensuring the user to plan mobility according to his needs.

In our digital platform there will be available services as for example: shuttle buses, local transport, car sharing and carpooling, bike sharing etc.

Implementation

The implementation of a project such as Flexymob creates a new reference model for the future of mobility in Europe.

Flexymob can support the development and growth of new green mobility startups able to offer new and innovative mobility services. At the same time, the characteristics of the project make it highly inclusive, allowing different services to aggregate their mobility offer with BusForFun's primary one.

For this reason, R&D is a key to the project. In fact, to include new services that are increasingly in step with the life and mobility of citizens, it will be necessary to analyze, study and develop new features of the platform.

Timeline

ANALYSIS PHASE

In this first phase BusForFun will carry out research on mobility needs of MIND community. The analysis phase will be completed within 2 months. Concurrently, Flexymob platform will be released with deep link.

PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT

In this phase of the project, it will be set up one dedicated platform that will aggregate all the mobility services in a single WebApp.

The typology and the number of mobility services available in the platform will be defined during the analysis phase.

Starting from June 2022, Flexymob platform will provide MIND community an integrated form with the possibility to choose, book, rent or purchase parking lots, local transport, shuttle buses and taxies and other mobility services.

TESTING AND RELEASE PHASE

Flexymob platform will be tested and consequently it will be released to be used by MIND community.

Partners and stakeholders involved in the project

The main partner for the realization of Flexymob project is FNM Spa, the leading integrated sustainable mobility Group in Lombardy.


In this phase there aren’t any other stakeholders involved in the project.

Otherwise, to make Flexymob project work, it would be necessary to collaborate and cooperate with other mobility companies in order to provide the best and functional mobility solutions for MIND community.

Those mobility services will be aggregated in Flexymob platform, allowing MIND community to choose day by day but also at the last minute the mobility solution that fits for them.

How the project contributes to building a resilient, inclusive and sustainable society

Our project Flexymob, in addition to providing green mobility services, encourages people to share those services, creating a new inclusive and sustainable way to live their everyday mobility.

Moreover, as said before, thanks to Flexymob it will be possible to support other innovative mobility startups that want to join our new digital platform.
