"Think big”, “Courage, “Build”, “Speed” and “Trust": these are the five words used by Tommaso Boralevi, Chairman of Federated Innovation @MIND, to describe the strengths of the Federated Innovation “Collaborate to compete” model during his speech at the Digital Innovation Days, hosted by Talent Garden Calabiana in Milan. He addressed an audience of over 100 people gathered around the main stage.
The Digital Innovation Days are not only one of the most important events dedicated to innovation but, first and foremost, they represent a community, an ecosystem, and a network of professionals and companies that come together every year to exchange ideas and insights on the digital transformation trends. As a sponsor of the event, Federated Innovation @MIND had the opportunity to introduce itself as an innovation model that, in its first three years of operation, has successfully initiated over 100 innovation initiatives involving more than 40 companies.
Thinking big, having the courage to launch new ideas and build sustainable solutions, pursuing speed, and developing a model that fosters mutual trust among competing companies - these five fundamental concepts - elaborated starting from the five initial keywords - encapsulate the essence of President Boralevi's speech regarding the creation of the Federated Innovation Network.
"With Federated Innovation, we've brought together private companies, institutions, startups, and talents - Boralevi stated - providing them with the opportunity to collaborate for innovation more rapidly, ambitiously, and sustainably than ever before. Beyond being a network of companies, we've established a ‘logical infrastructure’ that enables companies to collaborate within a legal framework promoting mutual trust and the sharing of innovative ideas and projects."
The event served as an opportunity to review the Network's development status and to share the first tangible results of the innovation initiatives with the audience. It also provided a glimpse into the main developments expected in the coming months. Most importantly, it highlighted the work carried out by our team in recent months to create a global network of innovation systems, building upon the successful "Collaborate to compete" model that Federated Innovation has implemented in our country.
